Returns Policy for Burlesque Girl

At Burlesque Girl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with an item, you can return it within 14 days of receipt, subject to the conditions outlined below.
2. Your Right to Cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. This 14-day cancellation period starts from the day you receive your goods.
3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Items that have been worn, used, or altered.
- Intimate apparel, such as underwear and swimwear, for hygiene reasons.
- Custom-made or personalised items.
5. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at burlesque (at) burlesque-girl (dot) co (dot) uk within 14 days of receiving your order to inform us of your return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and the RMA number.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be refunded and will be returned to you at your expense.

8. Faulty or Damaged Items
